Evento

Evento is a multi-disciplinary biennial event organized by the city of Bordeaux, for which ARTER is the general coordinator and delegated producer.

Evento is a new type of artistic event, taking the form of a movement that involves the whole city, in a profusion of projects conceived by numerous international artists to take a new look at the city.

It's an extraordinary encounter between personalities representing more than ten artistic disciplines, an urban itinerary that brings the works and their creators to all audiences, whether contemporary art lovers or simple passers-by. At the crossroads of cultures and artistic disciplines, it's also a reflection on a renovated city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, open to experimentation.

Loris Gréaud - Centre Pompidou

ARTER produced [I] by Loris Gréaud, with the first part presented in the Centre Pompidou's forum, featuring the Drop Tower, a monumental performative sculpture from the top of which a man falls at regular intervals.

With his project [I], Loris Gréaud invests the Forum of the Centre Pompidou, one of the world's leading centers for modern and contemporary art, creating a singular, monumental work.

This performative work is the second part of an artistic diptych, the first of which is being exhibited at the same time at the Musée du Louvre. These two installations form a conversation between two emblematic cultural institutions, distancing themselves from the classic exhibition format.
